Larissa specializes in bringing yoga and neuroscience together. She has a fun and practical approach to teaching, addressing the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of the practice. Classes are a balance of ease and effort, challenge and relaxation.
Dedicated to social justice and inclusion, Larissa supports and advocates for marginalized populations. She has nearly a decade of experience working with people with neurological disability, and mental illness. More recently she applies her expertise in neurobiology to bolster support for the therapeutic application of yoga in mental health.
